Absolute Hotel Services Expands in Egypt with New U Hotels & Resorts Project on the North Coast
Absolute Hotel Services Middle East & Africa has signed a management agreement with Akam Al Rajhi Development to introduce additional beachfront units under the U Hotels & Resorts brand on Egypt’s North Coast. Scheduled to open in 2026, the new development strengthens the partnership between the two companies and highlights their shared goal of delivering world-class hospitality to one of the country’s fastest-growing tourism destinations.
The resort, located on Egypt’s Mediterranean coastline, will combine exclusive seaside living with modern amenities. Once all phases are completed in 2028, the U North Coast Resort will feature 220 rooms, suites, and villas, alongside a beach club, meeting facilities, fitness centre, swimming pool, and leisure options. The beachfront units opening in 2026 will serve as a preview to the full property, offering guests stylish accommodations and resort-style experiences in a prime location.
According to Kevork Deldelian, Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services Middle East & Africa, the project reflects the brand’s ambition to set new benchmarks in the region’s hospitality sector. With its beachfront position and integration into the wider D.O.S.E. of Happiness development, the property is expected to become a flagship destination on the North Coast.
This agreement marks a key step in Absolute Hotel Services’ strategy to expand across the Middle East & Africa. By strengthening its footprint in Egypt, the company reaffirms its commitment to offering tailored hospitality experiences that reflect the needs of each market while reinforcing the growing influence of the U Hotels & Resorts brand.
