Accor Strengthens Central India Presence with Dual-Branded Hotel Signing in Indore
Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is set to deepen its footprint in Central India with the signing of two new properties in Indore – Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor. Slated for a 2029 opening, the dual-branded hotel development will add 310 rooms to the city’s booming Super Corridor district, a rising hub for IT, commerce, and lifestyle. The move reflects Accor’s strategic focus on expanding its operations across India’s high-growth urban centers.
Strategically located near Indore’s Super Corridor – one of the city’s most dynamic business zones – the two hotels will target corporate travelers, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clientele, and leisure guests alike. Developed in partnership with Pitraparvat Developers Private Limited, the 170-room Novotel and 140-room ibis Styles properties will offer flexible accommodation choices tailored to a broad range of traveler profiles.
Both hotels will feature multiple dining outlets, a modern fitness center, a swimming pool, and versatile event and banquet facilities, positioning them as key destinations for both business and leisure. This development underpins Accor’s broader vision of delivering world-class hospitality to India’s emerging urban hubs. With well-developed metro and road infrastructure, Indore is quickly evolving into a key commercial destination, and these new properties aim to support that transformation.
Commenting on the signing, Aniruddh Kumar, Vice President of Development, India & South Asia at Accor, emphasized Indore’s strategic importance, highlighting its growth as a business, tech, and lifestyle hub. Parth Shukla, Director at Pitraparvat Developers, echoed this sentiment, positioning the partnership as a milestone in enhancing Indore’s hospitality offerings.
The signing adds to Accor’s growing portfolio in India and Madhya Pradesh, reinforcing the group’s presence in the region. Novotel, known for its balanced approach catering to both business and family travelers, currently operates over 590 hotels worldwide. Meanwhile, the ibis Styles brand – part of a global network of over 680 hotels – is recognized for its design-led, value-driven accommodations, making it a fitting choice for the dynamic Super Corridor district.
