Since launch, Aiden has been built around a mix of modern style, neighborhood flair and adaptable development models that appeal to both investors and travellers. In North America, the brand is present in destinations ranging from the red rock landscapes of Sedona and the food-focused streets of Los Angeles Chinatown to the urban energy of Newark and the Riverwalk in San Antonio. The pipeline continues to grow in markets such as Kansas City’s Power and Light District, Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Sacramento and West Palm Beach, reflecting interest in locations that balance business, leisure and entertainment demand.

Momentum is equally visible in Europe and the Middle East, where Aiden is expanding in countries including France, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Norway and Sweden. The brand is also preparing for its debut in the Middle East, with a first property in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia planned to open in 2027. In the Asia-Pacific region, Aiden is present in standout urban locations such as Seoul, South Korea and Bengaluru, India, with further openings ahead. Aiden Surawong Bangkok, in the cultural heart of Thailand’s capital, is scheduled for early 2026, while Aiden SCQ Perth in Australia, a 120 room hotel and apartment concept set in a growing arts district, is expected in the first quarter of 2027.

Latin America has been identified as a key growth region for BWH Hotels, with Aiden already present and more projects underway. An Aiden hotel opened in 2024 in Georgetown, the capital and largest city of Guyana, adding a lifestyle-led option in a fast-evolving market. A further property is in development in Mexico, supporting the group’s strategy to widen its footprint across the continent. Taken together, these signings and openings show how the brand is being used to tap into diverse demand profiles, from capital cities to secondary and emerging destinations.

At the core of the concept, every Aiden property is designed as a curated stay. Local, independent designers work with hotel owners to create spaces that reflect their own vision and connect with the surrounding community, so that no two hotels look or feel the same. Bold textures, contemporary art and unexpected details are used to express the individual story of each address, aligning with travellers’ search for stays that are both authentic and stylish. This individuality is supported by the global distribution, sales and loyalty capabilities of BWH Hotels, giving owners a combination of creative freedom and international reach.

Key brand characteristics reinforce this positioning. Aiden hotels feature abstract, modern guestrooms with vibrant colours and rich fabrics, locally inspired cuisine, and sophisticated cocktail bars and lounges that double as social hubs. Multi functional social spaces are designed to support events, informal gatherings and remote working, while streamlined technology simplifies the guest journey from check in to check out. A 24 hour fitness studio is a standard element, underlining the focus on contemporary, wellness-aware travellers. Together, these elements define Aiden as a flexible lifestyle brand that can adapt to multiple markets while maintaining a consistent boutique edge.
