As part of a comprehensive modernization plan to renovate 80 percent of its hotel portfolio by 2028, Louvre Hotels Group has introduced the new Campanile PRIME concept in Poland. With debuts at Campanile Warszawa Centrum and Campanile Krakow Old Town, Poland becomes a strategic market for PRIME in Central and Eastern Europe. The move follows a brand refresh that updated identity, interiors and in-room equipment across Campanile, which now counts 300+ hotels in 14 countries with 30,000+ rooms worldwide. Alongside PRIME, the group is rolling out the complementary Campanile NATURE concept to diversify guest experiences.

The Campanile brand’s new chapter retains its core pillars of cosiness, cordiality and responsibility, while delivering tangible upgrades for today’s travelers. Campanile PRIME targets urban stays in city centers or well connected districts, pairing location with comfort standards such as 30 cm mattresses, premium bedding with 100 percent cotton pillows and duvets, Chromecast streaming and free high speed Wi-Fi. Wellness follows guests into the room through portable fitness kits and access to the Decathlon Coach app, while on property gyms support those who prefer a classic workout. Social zones have been reimagined with a warm, residential ambiance for board games, intimate events and productive coworking. In food and beverage, PRIME emphasizes an abundant breakfast buffet built on fresh local products, 24 hour snacks and an all day restaurant that serves seasonal bistro style dishes in relaxed surroundings.

Poland is the first CEE market to showcase the full PRIME experience. Campanile PRIME Warszawa Centrum has completed a rooms renovation and now delivers the full PRIME standard, including gym access within the same building at Golden Tulip. At Campanile PRIME Krakow Old Town, the first phase of room upgrades is finished, with further works to follow. Additional rollouts are scheduled in Wroclaw, Lublin and Lodz next year, with more locations to be added progressively to the modernization schedule. Parallel to product enhancements, service protocols and restaurant offerings have been updated brand wide to reinforce a modern, guest centric stay proposition.

Sustainability sits alongside design and service in the transformation. All Campanile hotels participate in Hotel Sustainability Basics (HSB), supported by the World Travel and Tourism Council, implementing 12 key environmental and social practices spanning plastic reduction, water and energy efficiency, waste management and community responsibility. In Poland, every Campanile property has secured the HSB 2025 certificate and is advancing through subsequent phases of the three year program, while Campanile PRIME sites in Warsaw and Krakow have already completed it. Louvre Hotels Group positions PRIME as a natural evolution of the brand in a historically strong market, aligning Poland’s network with the latest design, comfort and sustainability benchmarks.
