In a significant leadership update, Louvre Hotels Group has promoted Eduardo Bosch to the role of Chief Executive Officer, reinforcing the group’s commitment to executing its long-term strategy for sustainable growth and transformation. Already serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Bosch will now take on expanded responsibilities, driving forward the group’s ambitious 5-year plan.

This strategic roadmap, introduced in December 2023, aims to establish Louvre Hotels Group as the leading midscale hospitality operator in France, Europe, and other key international markets. Bosch will focus on delivering measurable progress in multiple operational areas, including system implementation, profitability improvements, and the repositioning of core brands within the group’s diverse portfolio.

Federico J. González, who previously held the CEO position, will remain closely connected to the company in his role as a Board Member of Groupe du Louvre. In this capacity, he will oversee strategic alignment and continue monitoring the advancement of the multi-year plan, ensuring coordination among the group’s key stakeholders.

The company’s majority shareholder, Jin Jiang International, has publicly affirmed its full support for the transition. Vivian Wei Zhou, the group’s representative, praised González’s role in shaping the strategic goals and expressed confidence in Bosch’s leadership and industry experience to guide the group through its next phase of transformation.

As Louvre Hotels Group moves forward under Bosch’s leadership, the company is expected to accelerate its initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, enhance operational efficiencies, and capitalize on new opportunities across Europe and globally. The new leadership structure also underscores a focused, performance-driven approach as the company adapts to a competitive and evolving hospitality landscape.
