Extended Stay America grows in Denver with a new Premier Suites hotel
Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Denver International Airport has opened in Denver, Colorado, strengthening the brand’s presence in one of the country’s most important airport corridors. The newly built 124-room hotel is owned by Blueline Equity Partners, was developed with Integrated Hospitality Construction, and will be managed by Sandpiper Hospitality. The opening reflects continued confidence in the long-term appeal of the extended-stay segment in high-demand airport and business locations. It also adds a new Premier Suites address to a market supported by strong corporate and institutional demand.
The new Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Denver International Airport is located about seven minutes from Denver International Airport, six miles from I-70, and two miles from E-470, giving it strong connectivity for both transient and longer-stay guests. Its location also places it near a range of major demand generators, including Ball Aerospace, United Launch Alliance, UCHealth, Buckley Air Force Base, Amazon, and Kroger. The hotel’s suites are designed around practical, longer-stay comfort, with fully equipped kitchens, full-size refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, dedicated dining and workspaces, and the brand’s signature bedding.
