Extended Stay America, the leading mid-priced extended stay hotel brand in the United States, has announced the opening of the Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Colorado Springs, continuing its aggressive expansion into high-demand markets. Launched in 2021, the Premier Suites brand has rapidly emerged as the fastest-growing midscale extended stay brand in the country.
Developed by Integrated Hospitality Construction, the newly built four-story, 120-room hotel is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of modern extended stay travelers. Each spacious suite features fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests will also enjoy signature bedding, a recliner, a dedicated workspace, and amenities such as free Wi-Fi, complimentary healthy breakfast, a fitness room, on-site laundry, and a spacious lobby with expanded vending options.
