Lemon Tree Hotels Expands in Maharashtra with New Signing in Nashik
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property in Maharashtra under its Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels brand. The upcoming hotel, located in Mhasrul, Nashik, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group.
The property will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, and a banquet facility. Strategically positioned, it is located about 16 km from Nashik International Airport and 15 km from Nashik Railway Station, ensuring easy accessibility for both business and leisure travelers. The site also benefits from strong road connectivity along the Saputara–Nashik Road, offering convenient access to Gujarat.
Mhasrul is emerging as a growing industrial hub, with the presence of major conglomerates such as Reliance and Godrej, further boosting demand for quality hospitality in the region. This signing highlights Lemon Tree Hotels’ focus on strengthening its footprint in high-potential markets.
With this addition, the group reinforces its expanding presence in Maharashtra, where it currently operates 14 hotels and has nine more under development.
