Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, opens on Florida’s gulf coast
Four Seasons has officially opened Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, introducing a new benchmark for luxury beachfront resorts in Southwest Florida. Set on 1,000 feet of white sand across 125 acres, the Gulf Coast debut delivers 220 accommodations, including 57 suites, plus five dining venues, expansive wellness and racquet facilities, and more than 32,000 square feet of event space. Anchored by Market Square and complemented by 153 Four Seasons-serviced residences and a Tom Fazio designed 18-hole golf course arriving in 2026, the destination blends resort living with residential community in the heart of Old Naples. The opening is backed by BDT & MSD Partners, The Athens Group, and Four Seasons, signaling long-term investment in Naples as a year-round luxury market.
The resort’s architecture by Hart Howerton reinterprets Old Naples cottage charm in a contemporary language, while interiors by Champalimaud Design favor a refined residential feel. Guest rooms and suites feature coastal palettes, carved wood details, generous closets, and furnished ocean-view terraces that extend living outdoors. A 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom Sabal Suite crowns the offering from early 2026 with a wraparound terrace, circular pool, and panoramic Gulf vistas. Culinary programming introduces five distinct concepts, including the rebirth of beachfront HB’s, the sunset-forward Sunset Bar, and The Merchant Room, a New American brasserie led by two-time James Beard Award winner Gavin Kaysen. Wellness centers on the two-level, 30,000-square-foot Sanctuary Spa with an inclusive thermal circuit, 13 treatment rooms, and a rooftop lap pool, complemented by a 24/7 fitness center developed with Harley Pasternak. Outdoors, guests find two resort pools with private cabanas, a soft-sand beach with paddleboards and kayaks, and a Racquet Club featuring six Har-Tru courts.
For gatherings, the Poinciana and Palm ballrooms, sunlit boardrooms, and lawn terraces frame weddings, incentives, and social events with Gulf views, while on-water adventures range from seashell safaris on a classic Hinckley to sunset cruises. The wider 125-acre destination adds private Four Seasons Residences across beachfront and golf-side homes with a beach club, spa, fitness, and family amenities. Looking ahead to 2026, the property will unveil The Wager sports gastropub with a four-lane bowling alley and putting green, The Picture House screening room, The Gardens 18-hole golf course curated with Discovery Land Company, and the FINS Kids Club with Everglades-inspired programming. With proximity to Historic Third Street and 5th Avenue, the resort connects seamlessly to Naples’ culture, dining, and shopping, positioning Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort as a flagship for coastal luxury on the Gulf.
