Nobu Hospitality Unveils Landmark Kraków Development
Nobu Hospitality has announced its latest venture in Kraków, Poland, with the launch of a new Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences, developed in partnership with SAO Investments. Located just steps from Kraków’s historic Old Town, the project represents the brand’s second Polish property following the success of Nobu Hotel Warsaw. Blending culinary prestige, cultural innovation, and luxury residential living, this development redefines the city's hospitality landscape.
Continuing its global expansion, Nobu Hospitality is set to establish a landmark presence in Kraków, combining world-class hospitality with the city’s rich cultural heritage. Developed in partnership with SAO Investments, Poland’s leading luxury real estate investor and designer, the project introduces a unique lifestyle offering that integrates premium accommodation, iconic dining, and a comprehensive cultural district into the heart of one of Europe’s oldest cities.
The property will feature 100 elegant hotel rooms and suites, designed with Nobu’s signature minimalist sophistication, alongside a signature Nobu Restaurant serving the globally renowned cuisine of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. It will also offer a rooftop pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and tailored guest experiences designed to reflect Kraków’s artistic spirit and historical significance.
At the heart of the project is Nobu’s first cultural district, a pioneering initiative described as a "city within a city." This immersive hub will include a theatre stage, cinema hall, recording studio, co-working space, and a contemporary art gallery that will showcase both international and local artists. The cultural district is designed to be both a guest amenity and a public cultural venue, reinforcing Nobu’s commitment to community engagement and artistic dialogue.
In a significant milestone, the development also marks Nobu Hospitality’s first residential offering in Eastern Europe with the debut of 80 Nobu Residences. These residences will provide owners with access to the full range of Nobu services and amenities, including priority restaurant reservations, personalized service from a dedicated experience team, and seamless integration into the property’s broader cultural ecosystem. The residences are purposefully designed to offer refined, high-end living in one of Poland’s most visited and historic cities.
This project not only elevates Nobu’s presence in the European luxury market, but also enhances Kraków’s status as a destination for contemporary luxury, lifestyle, and culture. With its strategic location and multi-dimensional concept, Nobu Kraków is set to become a landmark for discerning travelers, cultural enthusiasts, and residential buyers seeking more than traditional hospitality.
