Located on Via Veneto, the transformation of the former Grand Hotel Via Veneto into Nobu Hotel Roma signals a bold new chapter for luxury hospitality in Rome. Designed by the Rockwell Group, the property features 117 guest rooms and suites, including a three-bedroom Nobu Villa and a rooftop terrace with sweeping city views. The hotel combines Nobu’s signature clean lines and natural textures with the timeless charm of Italian craftsmanship, creating a sanctuary of contemporary elegance in the heart of the city.
At the heart of the property lies Nobu Restaurant Roma, where Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his globally celebrated cuisine to Italy for the first time. Guests can indulge in signature dishes such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and Rock Shrimp Tempura, alongside an extensive sushi selection and curated cocktails.
