One&Only launches Private Homes Rental Program with debut in Mauritius
One&Only Resorts and Private Homes has unveiled its new Private Homes Rental Program, offering guests the opportunity to stay in some of the brand’s most luxurious residences across the globe. The initiative debuts with the launch of a rental community at One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius, opening in April 2025.
The new program is a response to growing demand for ultra-luxury, multi-generational travel, offering privacy and exclusivity within some of the world’s most desirable destinations. Guests can now rent standalone villas with two to six bedrooms, private pools, yoga platforms, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces. Designed to reflect the rich natural and cultural heritage of Mauritius, each home is filled with local materials, natural light, and open layouts that connect seamlessly with the island’s lush landscapes and ocean views.
Located within the One&Only Le Saint Géran estate, these Private Homes also grant access to RIVA, a new coastal dining concept that fuses Italian culinary flair with Mauritian sophistication. Overlooking the Indian Ocean, the venue offers a relaxed yet refined setting, with a poolside bar, DJ sets, and a gourmet deli offering premium ingredients and fine wines—perfect for private in-villa dining or entertaining.
Guests of the rental program will enjoy exclusive privileges including full access to resort amenities, restaurants, the One&Only Spa, Club One, and KidsOnly club. The program also includes daily housekeeping, turn-down service, and a dedicated personal host to arrange pre-arrival preferences, guided excursions, in-villa dining, and concierge services.
Beyond Mauritius, the Private Homes Rental Program will extend to One&Only Mandarina (Mexico), One&Only Aesthesis and One&Only Kéa Island (Greece), and One&Only Portonovi (Montenegro), with the upcoming addition of One&Only Moonlight Basin (Montana, USA). Each property offers distinctive design, immersive cultural experiences, and the signature One&Only service, further elevating the group’s appeal to discerning global travellers.
