Accor and BFO Partners have signed Pullman Casablanca Bouskoura, a new premium hotel project that will strengthen Morocco’s hospitality landscape. The agreement marks an important step in the strategic partnership between Accor and BFO Partners, the holding company of Mohammed Bouzoubaa, CEO of TGCC. Scheduled to open in Q4 2026, the property is planned as a premium urban resort in one of the most strategically positioned areas near Casablanca. The development also signals the beginning of a broader pipeline of potential opportunities between the two groups.

Located in Golf City (Prestigia) in the heart of Bouskoura’s Green City, Pullman Casablanca Bouskoura is being positioned as a flagship addition to the Pullman Hotels & Resorts portfolio. The hotel will offer 101 spacious rooms and suites, a selection of distinctive dining venues, a signature bar, wellness facilities, and modern meeting and event spaces. Its product mix is designed to respond to the expectations of both business and leisure travelers, combining high-end hospitality with a lifestyle-driven environment.

The location is a central part of the project’s appeal. The hotel will sit close to key business districts including Sidi Maarouf, Nouaceur, and Casablanca’s international airport, allowing it to serve rising demand for accommodation that supports both corporate travel and resort-style stays. Its setting overlooking the golf course adds an additional layer of destination value, helping the property stand out in the market as more than a conventional city hotel.

The project also reflects the wider brand vision of Pullman, which focuses on spaces that bring together performance, connection, and contemporary lifestyle. The architecture is intended to integrate with the surrounding natural environment, a feature expected to support the asset’s long-term relevance and market differentiation. Owned by BFO Partners and operated by Accor under a management agreement, the hotel represents a significant new step in the development of premium hospitality in Morocco and underlines both groups’ commitment to creating quality destinations aligned with evolving market needs.
