In a defining move for Pakistan’s premium hospitality sector, Valor Hospitality Partners, Accor, and Al Feroz Group have announced the upcoming Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower, set to open in 2028. This strategic partnership represents a fusion of global hospitality expertise, local development excellence, and bold vision for the future of urban accommodation in Karachi.

The new property, which will be part of a mixed-use development under the Brentwood Hospitality banner, will offer 220 hotel rooms, 28 serviced apartments, two signature restaurants, a refined lounge, and over 2,100 square metres of event space across seven banquet venues. Designed to appeal to both business and leisure travelers, the hotel will also feature an outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, and a dynamic culinary program.

Strategically situated at Dolmen Mall Clifton, one of Karachi’s most sought-after commercial and lifestyle zones, the hotel will benefit from seamless access to Karachi Port, the Central Business District, diplomatic quarters, key transport infrastructure, and Jinnah International Airport. The location is expected to support the hotel's positioning as a premium destination for both local and international guests.

The interiors will be curated by International Design Associates (IDA), an award-winning studio recognized for its culturally resonant and place-sensitive design philosophy. Known for delivering over 300 bespoke hospitality projects worldwide, IDA will tailor Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower to reflect the vibrant urban energy and rich heritage of the city.

For Valor Hospitality, this will be its second property in Pakistan, underlining a broader regional strategy in high-growth markets. The hotel will be managed by Valor under a franchise agreement with Accor, integrating Pullman's signature elements—contemporary design, social vibrancy, innovative dining, and local cultural integration.

Maya Ziade, Chief Development Officer at Accor for the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye, highlighted the growing demand for premium hospitality in the region, calling this project a milestone that meets evolving guest expectations while reinforcing Accor’s premium footprint in Pakistan.

Nawaz Mahmood, COO of Brentwood Hospitality, emphasized that the hotel will generate economic value, new employment opportunities, and significantly elevate Karachi’s—and Pakistan’s—international reputation. The development is part of a broader strategy by Al Feroz Group to build a strong presence in luxury urban hospitality through collaborations with global operators like Accor and Valor.

This agreement reinforces Pullman’s aggressive global expansion, with the brand currently operating in over 40 countries, 150+ hotels open, and more than 60 in the pipeline. The launch of Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower not only marks a new era in Pakistani hospitality but also positions Karachi as a key regional destination in South Asia’s premium travel segment.
