Radisson RED opens in Indore as RHG doubles down on tier-II growth
Radisson Hotel Group has opened Radisson RED Indore, marking its second Radisson RED hotel in India after Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali. The 115-room property is positioned as a bold, social, design-led address aimed at modern travellers in one of the country’s fastest-evolving Tier-II cities. Located on MR-10 Road, the hotel is set up to serve both corporate demand and leisure stays with easy access to major commercial areas and key attractions. The launch reflects RHG’s wider strategy to expand differentiated lifestyle hospitality beyond metro markets.
For Indore, the opening adds a new proposition that blends contemporary accommodation with high-energy public spaces and event-ready facilities. The hotel features 115 rooms and suites designed with bold accents, modern comforts, and smart in-room technology, aligning with the Radisson RED brand’s emphasis on a connected, experience-forward stay. Its location is promoted as a practical base for guests moving between business districts, shopping hubs, and cultural landmarks including Rajwada Palace and Khajrana Temple.
Food and beverage is designed to function as a social anchor as much as a guest amenity. The Red Table serves as the all-day dining venue with global favourites and local dishes presented with a creative twist, while Off The Clock is positioned as a high-energy bar that doubles as a gathering point for both in-house guests and the local community. This day-to-night programming supports the brand’s core promise of vibrant, interactive spaces rather than traditional, closed-off hotel routines.
On the facilities side, Radisson RED Indore is equipped for both wellness-led stays and quick recharge stops. The hotel includes RED Fit, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and RED Splash, a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic city views. For corporate travel, RED Conclave adds a modern boardroom format suited to smaller executive meetings, while additional indoor and outdoor venues are positioned to attract weddings, celebrations, and social gatherings supported by curated menus and immersive setups.
The project also underlines the role of local partnerships in accelerating branded growth in emerging urban markets. Nikhil Sharma has linked the opening to RHG’s push across India’s Tier II and III cities through experiences that go beyond accommodation and encourage creativity and community. On the ownership side, Sunil Satija and Dharmendra Bhandari have highlighted the opening as an extension of their long-standing relationship with the group and a step toward introducing a fresh, lifestyle-led hotel experience tailored to Indore’s evolving traveller profile.
