The addition of Radisson Hotel, Liverpool further diversifies RBH Hospitality Management’s portfolio. The company already works with major global hospitality groups including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Accor and Wyndham Worldwide. By adding a Radisson Hotel Group property, RBH broadens its brand relationships and reinforces its role as a major third-party hotel management company in the UK.

The hotel is located in the heart of Liverpool and offers views of the River Mersey. Its central position gives the property strong appeal for guests visiting the city for business, leisure, meetings and events. The location also places the hotel within a market where RBH already has a growing operational presence across branded and lifestyle hotels.

The recently refurbished Radisson Hotel, Liverpool features 194 rooms across several accommodation types. The property also includes an on-site bar and restaurant, giving guests food and beverage options within the hotel. These facilities support the hotel’s role as a full-service city property suitable for both short stays and more business-oriented demand.

Meetings and events are also part of the hotel’s offer. The property includes dedicated meeting and event spaces, allowing it to serve corporate gatherings, private functions and group business. This strengthens its commercial relevance in Liverpool’s hotel market, particularly as the city continues to attract events, tourism and business travel.

The signing continues RBH Hospitality Management’s strong momentum this year. The company is expanding its portfolio by working with new partners, increasing its presence in key UK cities and diversifying across branded, independent and luxury hotels. Radisson Hotel, Liverpool fits that strategy by adding another internationally branded property in a city where RBH already operates several hotels.

David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, is named in the announcement in connection with the company’s portfolio growth and new partnership with the hotel owner and Radisson Hotel Group. Allan Davidson, managing director for Stonemoss Hospitality Asset Management, is also named in relation to the appointment and the support provided to the owner through the transaction.

With Radisson Hotel, Liverpool, RBH Hospitality Management strengthens its Liverpool cluster and adds a recently refurbished hotel with city-centre location, river views, dining and event facilities. The appointment reflects continued confidence in third-party hotel management, branded hotel partnerships and the long-term strength of Liverpool as a dynamic UK hospitality market.
