Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection unveils Ginori Terrace at sea
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has launched a new collaboration with Ginori 1735, introducing the first-ever Ginori Terrace concept at sea aboard Evrima. The project brings the Italian porcelain house’s Il Viaggio di Nettuno collection into three outdoor spaces on the yacht, creating an immersive design experience inspired by travel, craftsmanship and the sea. Beginning in the Mediterranean, the collaboration combines vibrant colour, custom textiles, outdoor décor and signature cocktails. It also reinforces The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s focus on luxury yachting, refined service and design-led guest experiences.
The debut of Ginori Terrace aboard Evrima represents a new expression of luxury hospitality at sea. The concept celebrates the art of viaggio, the Italian word for travel, and turns key outdoor spaces on the yacht into a colourful, layered and highly visual design experience. By bringing Ginori 1735 into the yachting environment, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is extending the guest journey beyond accommodation and dining into art, craftsmanship and atmosphere.
The collaboration unfolds across three interconnected outdoor environments aboard Evrima. Each space has been reimagined through a different colour story, using striped and solid patterns calibrated to natural light, sea views and the function of each area. The result is a sequence of outdoor experiences that move with the rhythm of the day, from relaxed mornings by the pool to sunset gatherings and open-air dining.
On Deck 5, The Pool House has been styled in Ginori 1735’s Azzurro colourway. Soft sky blue and deeper teal stripes appear across sun loungers, umbrellas, pillows and towels, creating a visual connection between pool, sea and sky. As Evrima’s all-day dining venue overlooking the main pool, the space has been designed as a relaxed seaside setting that can shift from carefree daytime lounging to livelier evening moments.
On Deck 8, Mistral takes on the warmer Mandarino palette. The Mediterranean culinary destination uses orange, coral and blush tones across its open-air restaurant setting, bringing freshness and energy to al fresco dining and aperitivo moments with ocean views. This space is also shaped by the Il Viaggio di Nettuno porcelain collection, designed by English artist Luke Edward Hall.
The Il Viaggio di Nettuno collection brings marine imagery, mythological figures, fantastical sea creatures and rich colour into the restaurant environment. Across tableware, glassware and lighting accents, the collection creates an imaginative underwater narrative. This gives Mistral a strong artistic identity, connecting chef-driven dishes, specialty cocktails and fine wines with a more theatrical design language.
At the water’s edge, The Marina is transformed through the Zafferano palette. Golden yellow and amber tones recall the light of a Mediterranean sunset, while vivid furnishings and textiles create a bright setting for lounging, swimming and watersports. The space highlights one of Evrima’s defining features: direct access to the sea while the yacht is at anchor.
The collaboration also extends beyond visual design. A limited-time craft cocktail menu has been created around Ginori 1735’s Italian heritage, adding another sensory layer to the onboard experience. Select pieces from the Il Viaggio di Nettuno collection will also be available for purchase at The Boutique, with home shipping available to guests in the United States.
The announcement names Gaby Aiguesvives, Chief Marketing Officer of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and Mehdi Benabadji, Chief Executive Officer of Ginori 1735, as key figures connected to the collaboration. Their comments position the project around shared values of craftsmanship, elevated rituals, design and refined hospitality.
Evrima, whose name means discovery in Greek, launched in October 2022 as the inaugural yacht from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Measuring 624 feet, it accommodates up to 298 guests across 149 suites with private oceanview terraces. On board, guests have access to The Ritz-Carlton Spa, a dynamic marina for watersports and lounging, and five dining options, including S.E.A. in collaboration with acclaimed chef Sven Elverfeld.
With the launch of Ginori Terrace at sea, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Ginori 1735 are creating a new meeting point between luxury travel, Italian craftsmanship, porcelain design, yachting and immersive hospitality. The project turns outdoor spaces aboard Evrima into destinations of their own, where colour, sea views, dining and design become part of the voyage.
