Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, to Open in Riviera Nayarit in December 2025
Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Marriott’s most exclusive luxury brand, will make its debut on Mexico’s Pacific coast with the opening of Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, now accepting reservations for stays beginning December 15, 2025. Located within the private community of Nauka in Riviera Nayarit, north of Puerto Vallarta, the new resort represents the next chapter in Mexico’s evolving ultra-luxury landscape. Designed to immerse guests in the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the region, Siari is being hailed as a sanctuary where jungle, cliffs, mangroves, and golden beaches converge along one of the country’s most dramatic shorelines.
The resort features 90 suites and villas, ranging from 979-square-foot ocean-view terraces to expansive beachfront villas exceeding 2,800 square feet. Each accommodation is designed to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, with plunge pools, open terraces, and panoramic ocean views. Architecturally, Siari is set within roughly 800-920 acres of protected coastline, with low-rise buildings and native landscaping to preserve the area’s natural contours.
Siari’s culinary program, curated by Chef David Castro Hussong of Fauna in Valle de Guadalupe, focuses on regional Pacific ingredients and sustainable seafood. Guests can expect a dining journey celebrating the flavors of Nayarit, complemented by open-fire cooking and locally sourced produce. The Ritz-Carlton Spa will draw inspiration from Huichol (Wixarika) traditions, integrating indigenous rituals, native botanicals, and hydrotherapy to create a sense of harmony with the surrounding sea and jungle.
As part of the broader Nauka development, Siari guests will also have access to a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, a yacht marina, beach clubs, and a sports and racquet complex, all designed to coexist with the natural environment. The property will include Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences—a limited collection of 4- and 5-bedroom homes by Bernardi + Peschard, offering private ownership within the Reserve’s signature aesthetic and service framework.
With a focus on sustainability, Siari’s design emphasizes low-impact architecture, native materials, and water-wise landscaping that respects the Riviera Nayarit’s fragile ecosystems. Reservations are now available via Marriott Bonvoy, though availability and redemption options follow the exclusive Reserve model. When it opens, Siari will join the global portfolio of Ritz-Carlton Reserves - a collection of handpicked, nature-first retreats known for blending ultra-luxury with cultural depth - and is expected to become one of the most defining new properties on Mexico’s Pacific coast.
