Hilton’s meetings-forward, approachable luxury brand Signia by Hilton is entering a new growth phase, with openings and signings expected to double the portfolio by 2028. Building on its international debut in Signia by Hilton Amman earlier in 2025, the brand’s pipeline now stretches across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and major U.S. markets. New projects include Signia by Hilton Tainan in Taiwan, the brand’s first APAC hotel, plus signings in Jaipur and Cairo, alongside U.S. momentum in San Antonio, Hollywood, Florida, Indianapolis and Savannah. Since 2021, Signia by Hilton has nearly tripled its room count, contributing to Hilton’s 1,000-hotel luxury and lifestyle platform.

The APAC advance begins with Signia by Hilton Tainan targeted for July 2026, a 344-room conversion with more than 19,000 square feet of meeting space, an all-day restaurant, specialty dining, a lobby lounge and Club Signia. In India, Signia by Hilton Jaipur is slated for 2028 with about 24,000 square feet of event space including a 9,700 square foot grand ballroom, accommodations spanning guest rooms to private pool villas, and family-friendly amenities such as a kids club. In Egypt, Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk and Signia by Hilton Residences Cairo Skywalk will introduce the brand to Africa with 200 hotel keys, a club lounge, spa and one of the city’s largest meeting footprints, plus 200 branded residences that tap direct access to hotel services.

In the United States, conversions and rebrands are accelerating adoption. Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio marks the brand’s Texas debut and the company’s milestone 9,000th opening, pairing 496 rooms and 34 villas with nine restaurants, a wellness sanctuary and more than 131,000 square feet of event space including the new Calera venue. In Hollywood, Florida, The Diplomat Beach Resort is expected to become Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in 2026 following a transformation of public spaces and outdoor recreation areas that will introduce Club Signia, a refreshed pool deck and elevated F&B. Additional pipeline growth is tracking in Indianapolis and Savannah, underscoring the brand’s strategy to anchor large group business while elevating leisure demand with design, dining and wellness programming.

As Signia by Hilton scales, each property is designed to deliver high-impact meetings and events alongside resort-style leisure, with signature features like Club Signia, expansive and tech-enabled ballrooms, and cosmopolitan dining. The brand’s expansion cadence supports Hilton’s plan to add an average of three luxury and lifestyle hotels per week in 2025, reinforcing Signia’s role within the company’s fastest-growing segments.
