Sofitel Unveils Fashion-Forward Uniform Collection in Collaboration with Cordelia de Castellane
Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, Accor’s flagship French luxury brand, has redefined the concept of hotel uniforms through a bold collaboration with acclaimed designer Cordelia de Castellane. The exclusive new 45-piece Vestiaire collection will be rolled out across Sofitel’s 120+ properties globally throughout 2026, signaling a new era of contemporary elegance, responsible luxury, and French savoir-faire in hospitality.
Marking a significant milestone in its brand renaissance, Sofitel Hotels & Resorts has announced the global launch of its new employee wardrobe — the Sofitel Vestiaire — designed by Cordelia de Castellane, Artistic Director at Dior Maison. The collection will serve more than 25,000 employees worldwide, across Sofitel’s urban and resort locations, and encapsulates a refined fusion of Parisian sophistication and modern hospitality functionality.
The partnership underscores Sofitel’s commitment to personalized service, luxury craftsmanship, and a cultural link between global destinations and French heritage. With the Vestiaire collection, Sofitel introduces a uniform philosophy that celebrates individuality, breaks away from traditional rigidity, and offers a modular, inclusive, and emotionally resonant wardrobe.
With flowing silhouettes, timeless tailoring, and luxurious yet durable fabrics, each piece is crafted for performance and elegance. Adapted to various roles and climates, the garments combine versatility and chic, making them wearable in city hotels and coastal resorts alike. The pieces have been rigorously tested in pilot locations to ensure optimal comfort and longevity, aligning with Sofitel’s CSR strategy of creating sustainable, repairable, and recyclable fashion in partnership with Paris Good Fashion.
Beyond their practical functionality, the uniforms reflect the designer’s creative vision. Cordelia de Castellane, known for her ability to blend classic refinement with bold creativity, brings her distinct style to the hotel world for the first time. The collection features subtle references to Parisian design codes, enriched with exclusive Sofitel prints and the iconic Cultural Link monogram — a symbol of Sofitel’s global hospitality ethos.
For Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems, the collection is “a tribute to our teams... and a manifesto of values worn with pride.” In her words, the wardrobe celebrates the staff who embody the Sofitel spirit every day.
As the brand moves forward with 32 new hotel openings over the next three years, the new Vestiaire signifies not just a visual update, but a tangible expression of Sofitel’s modern French luxury — thoughtful, beautiful, and rooted in heritage.
