Swissôtel Living makes Asian debut with opening in Jakarta’s Mega Kuningan district
Swissôtel has officially introduced its Swissôtel Living brand to Asia with the opening of Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. Located in Jakarta’s prestigious Mega Kuningan business district, the property combines refined Swiss hospitality with minimalist Japanese design, catering to the growing demand for wellness-focused, long-term accommodations.
Swissôtel, part of global hospitality leader Accor, has launched its first Swissôtel Living property in Asia with the debut of Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. Developed in partnership with PT Tokyu Land Indonesia, the property is positioned as a sophisticated retreat for business travelers, long-stay guests, and short-term visitors seeking comfort, sustainability, and style in the heart of Jakarta.
Situated within the prominent Mega Kuningan district, the property features 240 serviced residences, ranging from studios to spacious one- and two-bedroom layouts. Each unit is fully equipped with kitchenettes, in-room laundry machines, functional living areas, and luxurious Pürovel bath amenities. The property offers seamless access to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, making it ideal for international and domestic guests.
The Swissôtel Living concept aims to redefine extended stays with a focus on purposeful living, wellness, and sustainability. Guests can unwind in the wellness centre, enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, or relax in the surrounding gardens designed to foster tranquility and rejuvenation.
The property’s signature restaurant, Embers, elevates the dining experience through an interactive open kitchen concept that centers around the art of grilling. With sweeping views of the Jakarta skyline and a modern bar offering a personalized, immersive experience, Embers provides a refined yet relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability, Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan is one of the first serviced residences in Indonesia to be fully powered by renewable energy, significantly reducing its carbon footprint. In alignment with Jakarta’s urban development goals, the project also contributes to infrastructure enhancements and promotes eco-conscious urban living with initiatives such as new bicycle lanes.
This launch reflects Accor’s continued expansion in Asia, aligning with a rising demand for premium extended-stay accommodations in key urban centers.
