The upcoming hotels include The Oberoi, Gir, a 20-key luxury wildlife retreat nestled in a 40-acre mango orchard near the Gir National Park in Gujarat, home to the endangered Asiatic lion. In Hyderabad, the company will open The Oberoi, Hyderabad, a 220-key luxury hotel located in Knowledge City, a prominent commercial district in the city.

Further expanding the Trident brand, the group has announced Trident, Nandi Hills, a 150-key property located north of Bengaluru in the scenic Nandi Hills, and Trident, Fort Aguada, a 170-key hotel near the iconic 17th-century Fort Aguada in Goa, one of India’s most visited tourist destinations.

These four hotels represent a significant investment in both heritage and modern hospitality and are aligned with EIH Limited’s vision to elevate guest experiences while deepening its presence in high-growth domestic markets. They form part of a robust pipeline comprising 22 hotels and three luxury boats, including two Dahabeyas and a Nile cruise. Of the 25 upcoming projects, 18 will carry the Oberoi name, while seven will operate under the Trident brand, contributing an additional 2,033 keys to the group's portfolio.

The company’s international growth is equally ambitious, with new projects underway in London, Egypt, Bhutan, Nepal, and Saudi Arabia, reflecting a balanced expansion strategy that includes both direct ownership and management contracts.

Commenting on this growth trajectory, Arjun Oberoi, Executive Chairman of The Oberoi Group, emphasized the brand’s commitment to service excellence, authentic experiences, and market expansion. Meanwhile, Vikram Oberoi, CEO of The Oberoi Group, highlighted the strategic focus on market insights, long-term vision, and maintaining the group’s globally recognized luxury positioning.

As The Oberoi Group celebrates 90 years of pioneering Indian hospitality and EIH Limited marks its 75th anniversary, these developments underscore a future-focused vision rooted in legacy, innovation, and a commitment to excellence that continues to define Indian luxury hospitality on the global stage.
